Electrotherapy or STEM: STEM is the use of electrical energy in the treatment of impairments of health and a conditions of abnormal functioning. It is basically composed of the use of electric currents, referred to by the IEEE as "Tesla currents," in therapeutic applications.

Ultrasound: The Ultrasound we use is the same thing as STEM but it is used at a different frequency which will create some heat inside of the irritated area, which will slowly but effectively loosen the irritation and or injured area. An ultrasound is sound with a frequency greater than the upper limit of human hearing, this limit being approximately 20 kilohertz (20,000 hertz).

Icing: Icing in this program is not the most complicated type of treatment. After the application of the ice we will issue excersises and after an examination by the school trainier (Josaline) they may issue or suggest some restrictions or precautions for the injury.
